Dr. Adedara Oduguwa is a distinguished Management Expert, academic scholar, and senior educator with more than 15 years of experience in higher education, business consultancy, and human capital development. He is widely recognized for his scholarly depth, strategic leadership, and commitment to educational excellence, programme innovation, and youth empowerment across the United Kingdom and Nigeria.

He holds a PhD in Business Management, an MSc in Management, an MBA in International Human Resource Management, and an MA in Organizational Leadership, complemented by several diplomas in business-related disciplines. He is also a certified professional in higher education pedagogy, human resource development, and organizational behaviour.

Currently serving as a Business Lecturer and Team Lead in the United Kingdom, Dr. Oduguwa is responsible for leading course design, programme coordination, instructional delivery, and academic supervision at both undergraduate and
postgraduate levels. He actively lectures and mentors in the areas of Business Management, Human Resource Management, SMEs Development, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behaviour, and Strategic Negotiation.

As a digitally savvy educator, he integrates modern e-learning platforms and tools such as Moodle, Microsoft Teams, Canva, and Mentimeter to foster engaging, interactive, and impactful learning experiences. A prolific scholar and author, he has published 20 peer-reviewed papers, authored eight books, and written more than 100 articles on management, leadership, and youth development. In 2023, he was appointed Board Member for Education and Youth Development in Ogun State, Nigeria.
