Mobolaji Okunoye is a distinguished finance and strategy professional with over two decades of proven expertise spanning financial services, accountancy, advisory, and real estate development in Nigeria. He brings to the Advisory Board a wealth of strategic insight and leadership, shaped by a track record of excellence in both executive and advisory capacities.

He has held senior leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Capital Projects Property Development Company Limited, and dual roles as  CFO and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Coop Mortgage Bank Limited. In these roles, Mobolaji provided visionary financial leadership, enhanced operational efficiency, and drove corporate growth through sound financial structuring and project execution.

His professional expertise covers Credit Risk Management, Project and Structured Finance, Financial Advisory, Strategic Planning and Operations, Audit and Taxation, Project Management, and Real Estate Development. He has been instrumental in structuring finance for capital-intensive projects and in optimizing organizational financial frameworks to achieve long-term sustainability.

Mobolaji holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (1998). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCITN), underscoring his commitment to professional excellence and lifelong learning.
